The 3 posts I was most scared to share (and you read most)
August 4, 2026
Looking back at which articles were read most in the first half of 2026, I am surprised to see that the one article that was the hardest for me to share with you is the one that was most popular by far. In fact, the three posts I was most scared to hit publish on were the three you loved most.
Then again, I shouldn’t be surprised. Often the more personal a blog is, the more people enjoy reading it.
If you missed it, here you go. The first one includes a stream-of-consciousness poem that still feels extremely vulnerable.
Will people still like me when they see who I truly am?

Most people worry about what other people will think about them. I know we shouldn’t. You know you shouldn’t. That doesn’t mean we don’t.
It reminds me of what one of my first mentors said, “What other people think of you is none of your business.”
Very true but not always easy to put into practice because of our two biggest fears.
One shift that changes everything

It’s funny but this article and the following were the next 2 articles on my list where I hesitated to hit publish. Because what would people think? That I was some spiritual person who had lost track of the business side of things?
It reminds me of what a client said: “Iris is spiritual in a down-to-earth way. Which is great for people like me, who don’t feel like ‘talking’ too much about spirituality but feel there is something there.”
Yes, I am highly intuitive. I also have an MBA and a background in corporate marketing. That combination makes me unique—and it took coming home to myself to be able to embrace and accept that. Though that doesn’t mean it never feels scary. I thought I’d share that in case you recognize that or think other people never have doubts.
Now about the article:
There’s one thing that trumps everything else. No matter how much we think that taking action after action is what will make the biggest difference. That’s simply not how it works.
Do you know the feeling when you walk into a room and you just feel the tension? Or you arrive at a new location and immediately feel relaxed and at home?
Everything is energy—from this device you are using to the food you ate, even your own thoughts, all have a certain vibrational frequency. This frequency is measurable, thanks to the research of Dr. David R. Hawkins. In his book Power vs. Force, he writes about his twenty years of clinical research all across the globe.
Read on to learn more about the frequency of your thoughts and emotions, how your body can tell you more than you thought possible and where empowerment really starts.
5 benefits of raising your vibration & how to do it

Interestingly enough this was the follow-up article for ‘One shift that changes everything.” And the title pretty much says it all. 😉
But I want to make sure you read this quote:
“All energy has a frequency and all frequency carries information. According to my interpretation of the Quantum Model of Reality, all disease can be seen as a lowering of frequency and an incoherent vibration of matter. Or, put another way, all disease is a result of incoherence.” — Dr Joe Dispenza
I wish you a relaxing summer and hope you get to take some time off!
