Why being tired is not the problem

I was just interviewed for the Life & Business Champion podcast from Csaba Demeter about the concepts in my book Radiant: How to Have All the Energy You Need to Live a Life You Love.
The questions were refreshing and sometimes unexpected—requiring me to think on my feet.
Like when he asked me about the domino blocks I felt needed to be in place for me to end up where I am today. Or how I think we can solve the fact that most of us aren’t taught to take good care of ourselves.
I believe it is not normal to be tired most of the time. It is a sign of something wrong. A disbalance.
TRUTH: Lack of energy is a symptom. It is not the original problem.
The first layer of your exhaustion might be a physical imbalance or the fact you are giving your energy away. What is underneath that first layer is the deeper reason you don’t have enough energy.
That underlying cause is the root problem.
Having read that in my book, Csaba asked me “What are we actually avoiding when we say ‘I’m just tired, I’ll live through it’?”
We started to unravel that big question and we also dove into other topics during the interview:
