You Are Loved

I know on days when life seems a little rougher it can be hard to trust and continue to believe.

I know I feel deeply and sometimes something—an experience but also a book or a movie—can touch me to my core. It often makes me cry—intensely.

This was written at such a moment. Still crying, I felt called to tune in and write from the heart. I want to share it with you today, because I believe it was meant for you, too.

“You need to know that you are loved. You are held. You are precious and you are eternal.

The pain you’re feeling is fleeting compared to the eternity that you’ve existed but it’s no less hurtful.

Believe, trust.

Hold your head high and know that the Universe is working its magic. It’s working to help you achieve what you’ve dreamed of, what you desired, what you’ve asked for. It’s on its way to you right now.

Any delay has to do with perfect timing and circumstances aligning.

Fear not for you shall have what you want most. It is here, right in front of you. All you have to do is let it in.

Stop pushing it away. Stop resisting. Stop dictating what you think it should look like or in what order things need to happen.

Allow yourself to enjoy the flow and ride the current of life. Allow life and the Universe and those around you to support you.

They love you all so very much. They love you beyond what you can imagine.

You are held dear. You are loved. Eternal.”
