As you may know, everything is energy and, therefore, everything has a certain vibrational frequency. Dr David Hawkins writes in his book ‘Power vs. Force’ about his 20 years of clinical research to measure these calibrations all across the globe. He has made an illuminating chart ‘the scale of consciousness’ that ranges from 20 (shame) to 1000 (enlightenment). His research shows, for example, that fear calibrates at 100 whereas love is vibrating at 500.
As he describes in his book: “All attitudes, thoughts, feelings, associations, entities, or historical figures below the vibrational level of 200 make a person go weak. Those that calibrate higher than 200 make subjects go strong. This is the balance point between weak and strong attractors, between negative and positive influence.” The level of 200 is considered the initial level of empowerment. It is characterized by the willingness to stop blaming and accept responsibility for one’s own actions, feelings and beliefs.
Everybody has a base vibration and your experience in life helps you to change and evolve that vibration. Increasing your vibration by even a few points can have a major impact on your physical well-being, your ability to act from love and your energy level. Just to name a few examples. It is my experience that consciously managing your energy and raising your vibration is one of the fastest ways to create the results you are looking for.
New research has shown that your energetic frequency can prevent you from living the life you desire. By raising your vibration, you raise your impact, your energy level and your confidence.
So if you are serious about your business, then you need to be serious about managing your energy and vibration as well. So you can maximize the impact that you have, so you can reach and support more people, enabling you to more fully fulfill your mission and live from your heart’s desire and purpose.
To really increase your base vibration and ensure you vibrate at a higher frequency it is important to have a plan in place. And ideally a way to work on this at least daily.
