It’s not always easy to be fully yourself and shine from the inside out. Let alone be happy with our appearance. It’s easy to find something wrong with how we look. And the less confident or radiant we feel, the less powerful and present we are.
When we don’t feel pretty or confident, we often tone ourselves and our unique beauty and talents down.
In this virtual retreat we will look at both the inner and the outer aspects of looking (and feeling) great and becoming fully visible.
Because being attractive and confident has nothing to do with having the ‘right’ cheekbones or wearing the ‘right’ clothes and everything to do with how we feel about who we are and how we show up in the world.

Ginger and Iris believe in a healthy balance between the inner and the outer. They know you need to start on the inside first, and that any changes you make through inner work will ripple through and become visible in the outside world. And that thanks to that inner shift, all the ‘practical’ work you do on the outside lands in fertile ground.
During this retreat you’ll have the luxury of being supported by two experts in their respective fields.
The idea to host this workshop was born from a combination of fun and enthusiasm, paired with their desire to let women shine and fully do what they came here to do. Hence SHINE was created!
The Inner Program
Iris will help you get clear on one of the main obstacles or barriers that prevent you from shining fully from the inside out. This could be a fear, an underlying belief, a past experience, or something else entirely.
When something undermines your confidence or makes you hold back, you automatically shrink and express less than your full self. You’ll be less effective, persuasive—and even more important: less happy!
Iris knows the impact of toning yourself down first-hand. Holding yourself back costs a lot of energy that can be used elsewhere and it’s a disservice to yourself and the world!
And both Ginger and Iris want you to be fully radiant!
Iris will guide you through:
Understanding the top five reasons you dim your light and become less visible.
Learning how to identify what it looks like when you tone yourself down so you can pivot and change it.
Getting clarity on the main thing that prevents you from shining fully, so you can remove that obstacle.
How to identify what's keeping you prisoner and release what no longer serves you (and free up a lot of energy in the process!)
Learning powerful tools you can use to become more visible and present.

Iris will tune in for several participants—something she has been doing for over 16 years for her private clients. We’ve all adopted certain behaviors and beliefs and when you’re not clear on what these are, they’ll impact you and how you feel.
By getting clear on what stops you from showing up fully or as radiant as you could possibly be, you take the first step in transformation. Iris will show you what you can do to shift and let go of what no longer serves you.
The beauty is that each participant benefits from all interactions, even when Iris is speaking to someone else—as there is usually an underlying theme that applies to everyone.

The Outer Program
Ginger will address one of the most pressing questions she receives from women when it comes to their wardrobe and feeling good about how they look: What is their body shape?
The truth is, there is no one-size-fits-all answer to choosing a wardrobe that works for every body shape and even when you do have a good understanding of what your body shape is, that information alone won’t answer all your questions…in fact, it can often bring up more questions!
Each woman’s body, lifestyle, personality and preferences are unique. What’s important is learning how to apply strategic body shape tools to give you the freedom to play with your shape and enjoy expressing different aspects of who you are. That’s how you make dressing your body easier and more gratifying and that’s what we’ll explore in this in-depth approach to dressing YOUR unique shape.
Of course, once you feel confident on the inside learning to reflect that on the outside ‘super powers’ your self-confidence! That’s why in the outer session Ginger will address:
How to identify your body shape (you might be surprised!)
How to get in tune with what parts of your body you want to emphasize
What are the body shape “rules” (and how to break them!)
How your wardrobe choices can change your perception of your body shape
Where many women get stuck—and how to move forward with confidence

This is Ginger’s ‘Dress for YOU’ program taken to a new level because she is sharing it LIVE with you and you’ll have the freedom to practice the techniques with your clothing and your body. You’ll be able to ask questions while it’s all fresh in your mind and while Ginger is there to answer your specific questions.

To gain the most value from this experience, Ginger encourages you to bring or wear something about which you have questions. This allows you to immediately take the information learned throughout the day and apply it with personal success (yay!) and get Ginger’s personalized direction during the Q&A. We’ll also take a short break in the middle so you can gather another item or two from your closet to explore and discuss with Ginger.
