I am so thankful for Iris’ continued support towards achieving my athletics’ goals. Her words of wisdom are always perfectly on time – whether calming, encouraging or firm and instructive, everything she does is done with love and a genuine care and concern for those she works with. I always felt like I took a big step forward after every session with her and there was always such catharsis and clarity each time.

I have shifted so much in 5 months. I’m not the same person anymore, Iris! One of the things you mentioned is you are a healer’s healer and you help people stop playing small, and I think that’s what you’ve allowed me to do.
