It’s that time of year again when you need to take extra good care of yourself. The days before and after the autumn equinox—the change of seasons—your immune system is at its lowest.
You might feel a cold creeping up or you may be more tired than usual. As the seasons change, your physical body changes with it, and that means you need to ease the pressure you’re putting on your system.
Don’t overburden it or you’ll pay the price later…
Quick tips to take better care of yourself:
- Diffuse essential oils to boost your immune system and purify the air by killing bacteria and fungus. Especially cinnamon bark and clove are powerful oils for this purpose.
- Drink lots of good quality water so your body can clear out everything it’s releasing. Make sure to steer clear from water that includes chlorine.
- Ground. When you’re grounded you’re more in touch with your body so you can actually feel whether you’re tired or straining yourself. You can use this grounding activation to ground yourself well.
I hope you have a wonderfilled weekend! It promises to be gorgeous summer weather here in The Netherlands so I’ll soak up some extra vitamin D 😉
PS The equinox is September 21st. And that’s exactly one year after the launch of my book. If you haven’t had a chance to read Poisoned Arrow you can read the first 23 chapters for free—my gift to you.
