I attended a one-day workshop with Iris, a little over 3 hours with seven other women. We were connected through mutual friends, some meeting for the first time. What you can expect

In this interactive workshop I’ll guide you through a process to identify where you got lost and how to start finding your way back home to who you truly are.

The you who has gotten buried underneath obligations and expectations, under showing up the way you were supposed to.

The you that has taken care of other people—even when you have nothing left to give. Who pushes her body beyond what’s healthy.

And who’s paying with brain fog, exhaustion, and possibly some physical pushback from her body.

Once you are clear on where you got disconnected from yourself, you can reconnect and start coming home to who you truly are.

We’ve been taught that rational thinking is more valuable than intuition. That productivity equals worth. That exhaustion is a badge of honor. That self-care is selfish. That we should push through winter as if it’s summer. That stress is just normal. We’ve normalized living in survival mode.

You didn’t get lost because there is something wrong with you. You got lost because you were taught to leave yourself behind. To prioritize other people and getting things done. To do what’s expected and required.

And it’s making us sick. It’s making us miserable. It’s disconnecting us from who we are.

Your creativity suffers and your productivity drops. Not because you’re older, but because you got away from who you truly are.

You can still join and receive tremendous value from watching the replay. I’ve set up the retreat so that I guide you through the content step by step and you can follow along whether it’s live or via the replay.

What's the difference between the in-person workshop and the virtual retreat?

The only difference is that one is in-person and the virtual retreat is hosted via ZOOM video. They both have the exact same content and structure. You receive the exact same program.

So whether a review is from a participant from the virtual or the in-person experience—they give a great indication of the transformation you can expect from joining.
