From that work I created these practical tools for when you’ve been doing too much, pushing too hard, or living too far from your center. They help you pause, reconnect with your body, and remember who you are beneath all the expectations and obligations. Think of them as small homecomings—ways to return to yourself even in the middle of a busy day.

Grounding practice: Come home to your body

Ideal before you go into an important meeting, presentation or job interview.

Use this when: you’re ‘in your head’, feel unsettled, not present, need to focus.

Time: 3 minutes

Grounding is a powerful way to get out of your head and become more aware of your body. We’re often too much ‘in our head’ and as a result we’re less present and it’s easier to push through—because you’re not hearing the signs of your body telling you to slow down.

This 3-min. exercise is great for when you want to become more present and focused.

Use this when: you feel stressed, overwhelmed or anxious, want to relax.
