  Thanks to the sessions with Iris I started listening more to my own intuition and what I felt: what and whom feels good and what doesn’t? And then following that intuition by making my own choices.

  From the moment we started, I was challenged on my personal development goals. Because for someone who is used to always looking ahead and further and taking the lead, it was hard to stand still and trust what is coming.   This year I’ve done a coaching program with Iris to be able to handle irritations and ‘allergies’ more effectively. It is as if Iris can smell it when your coaching question is a symptom of an underlying issue. In our first session she was able to convince me of that within 20 minutes—in an engaging but not less resolute way. And because of that special combination it was all the more believable.

  Iris gives her full attention to the conversation, which always turns out to be well thought through and prepared. Her coaching questions are confronting at times (if you are open to looking in the mirror) but nonetheless always mild and free of criticism. In that mirror she not only lets you look at yourself but also at what goes on around and behind you. With that she also immediately opens new windows.

  The coaching sessions usually ended with concrete and practical assignments. Well applicable and helpful for daily functioning. The acquired insights have helped me function more effectively, choose priorities more consciously and thus get more satisfaction out of my job.

  Since a few years my practice and company have grown a lot. That has it positive sides but I quickly learned that it cost me a lot of energy. I wanted to learn how to use my energy in such a way that I would no longer be exhausted by the time I went to bed. The program was really diverse and positive. The calls with Iris were very welcome and after each session I had a lot more energy. She also gave me a lot of practical tools to use and to change my habits.

  The practical insights were very valuable; Iris is not only a coach and mentor, but she is also a successful business woman and so she was able to give me useful advice on how to run my business in addition to the exercises and tools. That was a great combination for me. Thanks to this program I have become calmer and I have more faith that things will turn out well.
